My No Peek Beef Tips are the ultimate comfort food.

Slow cooked beef that falls apart and is fork tender. A rich and flavorful gravy that pairs perfectly with the meat and warm mashed potatoes.

My family loves this recipe, an I have made it for years.

Typically, I made this recipe in the oven, but on days that I can't be home or need dinner in a hurry I use my slow cooker or instant pot (pressure cooker).

I have carefully tested this recipe to be made in either the oven, slow cooker, or pressure cooker with delicious success.

Ingredeints

  • beef stew meat - I like to use beef for No Peek Beef Tips, but pork and venison work well too.
  • cream of mushroom soup - I use a canned soup, but if you have a homemade version you love like this homemade condensed cream of mushroom soup from Culinary Hill.
  • packet of brown gravy mix
  • dry onion soup mix
  • reduced-sodium beef broth
  • mashed potatoes or rice for serving - the gray is delicious and I always serve my beef tips with rice or mashed potatoes. Egg noodles work great as well!
  • dutch oven - make sure it is oven safe!
